Shalom! Please submit this RSVP form before you attend an event at Adath Emanu-El. This RSVP is required to help Adath with several issues related to the challenges of the pandemic - safety, security, contact tracing, social distancing, and other factors that we have been forced to accept as the new normal.

We ask that your RSVP is received by 5 p.m. on the day before the event, or earlier if possible for capacity planning. If you plan to attend multiple events, fill out a separate form for each one.

If your event is filled to capacity, you will be notified.

Masks are required.
