2019/5780 High Holiday Request Form

The form below allows you to order online access to our high holy day services for non-members, including adult children of members. It also includes Book of Rememberance, Video Memorial Tribute (new this year), and Bima Flowers.

Ticket Policy

All members in good standing will receive a unique link for our High Holy Day services. This will be mailed by USPS to each household prior to Rosh Hashanah.

The synagogue budget relies on the sale of High Holy Day tickets to relatives and guests. We understand that this year is unique, however your support is needed more than ever.

We ask that if you plan on including relatives or guests like in the past, who are over 23 years of age, you pay $100 for each of them to receive the link. Unaffiliated members of the community may purchase access to our services for $136.

Either use the online payment option in the form or mail your payment by August 23, 2019 to:

Book of Remembrance
Please list all names that you would like included in this year’s Book of Remembrance. We automatically include those members of our congregation and their family members who have passed away since the previous Yom Kippur. Names listed will be included for a minimum contribution of $25. Larger contributions are welcome and appreciated.

We are creating a visual memory tribute which will play during our Yizkor service. If you would like to include the names of your loved ones and/or a photo to be displayed, we recommend a minimum donation of $36 per listing
